CIRCULAR BOLD

The Circular Bold series transforms salvaged building materials into new, color-intensified pictorial spaces. Each surface is reworked, repainted, transformed. The original material remains palpable, but is no longer visible in its pure form.

Pastel tones, inspired by weathered facades and urban color schemes, lend the works a gentle, timeless presence. Underneath the paint, wood grain sometimes shines through, an echo of the original material. Circular Bold stands for transformation through color: a plea for the further development of what already exists and the aesthetic dimension of circular thinking.
